Are you an intermediate or advanced runner and you took a break or haven't ran in awhile? At Juniper, we highly recommend starting with our base building programs to help you work your way back into running. Once you complete the base building program you'll be ready to dive into our 5K, 10K & Half Marathon programs. All beginner plans include base building.
