RunFIT is a comprehensive program designed exclusively for runners who are interested in running strong & smart for as long as possible. We believe that a solid foundation of balanced strength and mobility is crucial for your lifetime of running success. We specialize in blending science & experience to help you with your running-related aches and pains, performance goals, and training needs. Whether it is your first 5K or your 5th marathon, we’ve got you covered with programming targeted to achieve your goals.
These training plans will include 12-week progressive runs, strength training workouts, and a complimentary weekly yoga routine. All plans will be delivered via a comprehensive app complete with organized calendar views, video instruction for each exercise, direct message to Liz and an accountability chat group.
