Our clients (& friends) say that they know they need to work out but they simply don’t know what to do. They are tired of the random latest app or youtube workout, the less-than-motivating, and lonely home-made routine, or the intimidating gym environment.  Besides, they are worried that they could hurt themselves and wonder if that persistent ache or pain will return or even worsen.

They find it difficult to be consistent as they are often wondering if what they are doing is even effective.  They are drawn in by every latest fitness fad or piece of home equipment (hello Peloton! CRAIG BUYESKE

CERTIFIED CROSSFIT COACH & PERSONAL TRAINER

You will experience a variety of functional fitness workouts when you train with Craig. He incorporates his CrossFit background into your program, ensuring that you can perform well during all the major movements we do throughout life.  He keeps things exciting and is a master of progressing each phase of your plan so that you continue to make gains towards your goals.

Craig is passionate about the world of health, fitness, and nutrition. He is a paramedic and fireman who works hard on his own health. He also loves to keep up with the latest research on these topics. Craig has hundreds of exercise ideas and is adaptable to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey.

KAYCEE CAROBINE

PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT
& PERSONAL TRAINER

Your personal training experience will be elevated when you work with KayCee.  Her knowledge as a physical therapy assistant will be woven into your plan.  She is highly skilled at modifying and progressing your exercises based on your injury history, current aches and pains, and any specific areas of concern.

During your first session, KayCee will discuss your goals and complete a Functional Movement Screen.  This screen will give her specific information about your body’s current mobility and strength needs.  Together, you and she will develop a plan to help you achieve your goals, improve the quality of your movement, and gain functional strength.

YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE...

A strategic workout plan created by your personal trainer that ensures you are able to be consistent while receiving the level of accountability you need.  Together, you will choose a 1, 2, or 3x/week plan that works best for you and helps you achieve your goals. You will also receive everything listed below.

  • FREE access to our custom fitness app to preview your training workout and to follow any home exercises that may be prescribed

  • Direct messaging to your personal trainer for any questions that arise between sessions

  • Priority scheduling & reduced rate for any additional physical therapy appointments that may be needed
